This apartment is located in a popular urbanisation known as Arena Beach, less than a five minute drive from the center of Estepona. This small beachfront complex has easy access to the local Arena Beach, with its shallow waters and fine sand. Next to the beach there is a beautiful promenade through which you can walk to the center of Estepona. There are two supermarkets nearby and a couple of restaurants within a walking distance of 10/15 minutes. Estepona marina, with a multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants is located at a driving distance of approximately five minutes.
